Rhonda Wiggins is our Property Manager. Being a landlord herself, she fully understands the responsibilities of being a property owner. Her role encompasses owner and tenant liaison, processing tenancy applications, incoming and outgoing inspections, monitoring rent arrears, rent reviews and preparation of end-of-month statements.
